Welcome to PMAPPv2 Video Training!

Step 1: login to the PMAPPv2

Step 2: located at the top right tap 
        the 3 lines

Step 3: When the menu appears tap on 
        "Store List"

Step 4: Select Brand store your 
        wanting the number for 
        (McCoys, Stop and Shop)

Step 5: Click the blue search button

Step 6: The complete list of store 
        under that brand appears

Step 7: Narrow your search by entering 
        the phone number, address, city

Step 8: Take note of the Store Number, 
        this will be used to perform the PM

Step 9: Tap the 3 lines again at the 
        top right

Step 10: Tap PM Form

Step 11: Enter the store number you found

Step 12: Select the Brand Store

Step 13: Click search and you should 
         see your store now appear

Instructions on how to Create a PMAPPv2 
Shortcut Icon

Step 1) Open Chrome and Navigate to 
pmapp-v2.beta.service.badger-service.com
/tech/login

Step 2) Once your at the page, in the 
        top right click the 3 dots - 
        ( Using Google Chrome )

Step 3) In the menu, you see an option 
        towards the bottom labeled 
        "Add to Home Screen"

Step 4) Tap Add to Home Screen

Step 5) The system will prompt you to 
        create a unique name, you can 
        call it PMAPPv2 or related name

Step 6) Tap the Add button

Step 7) Tap the Add Automatically 
        button

Now you have an icon on your 
mobile phone that you can tap 
on to navigate to the PMAPPv2

How to Access SideBar Menu

Step 1: Login to the PMAPP

Step 2: At the top right look for 
        the 3 lines and tap this
        this is the menu options.

Step 3: You can select from various 
        items for better support.

Step 4: You can tap on each one 
        and get an idea of the 
        kinds of support offered

Steps on Registering with the PMAPPv2

Step 1: Access the PMAPP login screen

Step 2: From the login screen tap 
        "Don't have an account? 
         Register"

Step 3: Tap the word Register

Step 4: If you do NOT have a 
        registration code, scroll down 
        and tap "Get your registration 
        number Click here"

Step 5: Enter a valid eMail address 
        and click the blue send button

Step 6: Go to your email and you should 
        have the registration email 
        with the code

Step 7: Take note of your registration 
        code before moving to the next 
        step

Step 8: Click the Create Account button
        in the email

Step 9: Complete the registration form 

Step 10: Please attempt to login

Chat Feature Steps:

Step 1: From the login screen tap 
        the red banner at the top

Step 2: Look at step 3, this step 
        explains the chat feature 
        Please tap the blue chat
        bubbles.

Step 3: Fill out the form 
        completely and tap the 
        start chat button

Step 4: Patience is key on this 
        step leave the tab open 
        so the chat session 
        stays open. If you close 
        this tab, the chat 
        session will close out 
        and you will need to 
        re-fill the form back 
        out again.

Troubleshooting Steps:

Section 1 Forgot Password:

Step 1: Start a chat session or 
        call Skybox to verify 
        you have an account

Step 2: Tap on the forgot 
        password

Step 3: Enter your email address
        you registered with

Step 4: Tap the Send Password
        Reset

Step 5: An email should be sent
        to the email address
        you registered with. If
        you do not get this email
        Start a chat session or
        contact skybox for further
        assistance.

Section 2 Forgot UserID:

Step 1: Tap the forgot User ID from
        the login page.

Step 2: Enter the email address you
        registered with

Step 3: Click search and the user ID
        will be displayed
